Hi, I recently got a message saying that i have used 100% of the data included in my service. However, when I login to my account, it shows that I still have 1.51gb left, not sure why it says I used all my data, is anyone able to help ne with this please? Thank you!

maybe you saw wrong but you used all your data and not have any left. use different browser,open incognito mode,clear cache,cookie, try Login

Common glitch on the text notice. Alway go what is on your account but refresh the page for the latest data usage.

Unfortunately PM is known to send those messages in error many times, so if your data is actually working and your self serve shows available data after you refresh it, then just ignore the message.

Click that little spinner refresh icon you see lower down and see if numbers change.
