If you're out and you're using data that fast, consider changing to a different plan. That's cheaper than always using buying data add-ons.

If your renewal date was three days ago and you don't think it is possible to have used your data, a possibility exists that your data did not get reset at renewal.

 

If this is the case a moderator will fix that for you.

Click on "Submit a ticket" and the Moderator team will respond to your concern within 48 hours. May take longer, but the promise of the new Ticketing System was that it will reduce these wait times.

I have a $15 plan with 250MB data per 30 days cycle.

I used 221MB out of 250MB data for my current cycle.  After I used all my 250MB data, the 250MB usage line will not show on my overview page.

When you log into your account under data and add-ons is any amount showing ?  If no amount is listed then you have used up your data and would need to purchase an add-on or wait until your next renewal.

 

You could log into your account then click on usuage history to see the day,time, an amount of data used.

@Amina1, is it possible that you have used up all your data?  Which plan did you purchase.  Go into your self serve account and look at the information in the add-on box of the overview tab.  If you see no reference to data there, then it is all consumed.
