Hello I ran out of data so I added more data but it still didn’t work. So I tried again. Now I’ve charged twice for extra adding and it’s not working. Please remove charges

If you're on an Android then check to see if you have a data limiter set. And maybe you didn't even run out of plan data? Did you get warning texts at 75% and 95% from here?

@KirS Reboot the phone and see if it works . Then check here like this for your data add on and if you have the extra charge sitting in available funds . 

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
