Have you checked your phone to see if you set data usage limits? That can stop the data flow. Check also the connectivity to make sure you have a mobile data enabled connection.

Was you able to use your data before? Make sure you haven't already used up your data allotment by logging into your account and scroll down to where you see 'My Data & Add-Ons'.
If you don't see the data line there, then you have consumed it all and will either need to purchase a data add-on ($30/1GB or $10/200mb), or renew immediately yourself to a different plan or early renew to your current plan, which can only with the help of moderators who can be messaged via SIMon by clicking on the ? mark bottom right of the screen.
Make sure you have data enabled on your phone too.

@skittles22, are you new to the service and trying to get data working for the first time or did data work before and suddenly stop? If you are trying to set up data for the very first time, refer to the following knowledge base link on setting up the APN. The APN settings are as follows.

If data was previously working and stopped, it could be that you ran out of data. Login to the self serve account and see if there is any data showing in the add-on box. If nothing there, data is all used up for this cycle. You can either wait for the next renewal cycle, buy more data or ask the moderator team to early renew your current plan.

1. Restart your phone to get your phone/SIM to configure your APN automatically.
2. Login to account to check your data usage line on the overview page.
My plan has 250MB data. I used 70MB out of my 250MB data for my current cycle.
If you don't see the data usage line, you have used all your data for the current cycle.
