i ran out of data and bought the 1gb add on. However I still don’t have working data on my phone.
what could be the problem?

Yes there was indeed an error purchasing online. Calling 611 worked. Thank you!

@Anavi Check if the data add-on is actually added to your account under My Add-ons on the overview page, or check if the $30 is sitting as Available Balance. Purchasing an add-on is a two step process where it adds funds to your account first and then you have to go purchase again where it uses the added funds to actually add the add-on to your account.
Note: You might get an error when you purchase the add-on. In this case, you can dial 611 from your phone to purchase the add-on.
