Hello,
I recently lost the credit card affiliated with my AutoPay account and it arrived a few days past my auto-payment date. I tried to update my card (along with making a one-time payment) and my cellular service still does not work. Everytime I try to make it call, it tells me to call *611. My account balance says I have funds worth $202.00 available.
-Did I double charge my credit card?
- What will it take to get my phone service to work again?
