My data says 1.43G used of 31G but not working. Current subscription is 1G data so rest most be carry over. Can’t use data. Help

@tonyfreake , did you do a plan downgrade recently? I am wondering if the remaining add-on data, particularly loyalty bonus data is current. It would make no sense that your data would suddenly stop like this. Try clearing app cache and rechecking the data remaining.

hey @tonyfreake, can you check your phone settings to see if you have a data limit set that is restricting more data to be used, this could be your issue
