Data not working

Hi - I have been using data since Jan and recently it stopped working. I even changed subscription to increase data allowance. The phone shows 302220, APN reset to default Telus ISP. Please help. Thanks.

hi @Carol_Lau try reset all networks 

and check if you enabled the data limit on your phone, might be that blocked data 

also, test your sim in another phone

I rebooted my phone and reset network to default (it chose Telus, not the other two, Rogers and Clear something). I will check out your link - thanks.

Yes, talk and text and wifi working.

It is. Data has been working until recently. I didn't change anything. Thanks

Is your talk and text working fine?  Maybe try to reboot phone.  Network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi password settings).
