@softech- By your own mentioning, you are the top dog, the highest performer ever, yes the king. Ever heard of the king of pop? The king of rock and roll? These are the people at the top. Not meaning the King of England. Note the capitalization. You should be quietly flattered. But you seem to think it's some kind of insult. You are far and away the king around here.
Anyway, jeez. When will this obfuscation and misdirection stop. Please notice how I'm talking directly to you. You continue to talk indirectly. Why is that? Do you see the difference?
I will not let this stand unanswered. As for the solutions, I see that too. A question is added to a previous, solved thread. I happen to come back and refresh and see it. It's been quite a number of minutes that it has sat there without reply. I see regulars posting on other "new" threads all this while it has sat there and wonder, well you're here, why isn't anybody replying to this question? It makes one wonder why not. That's what that is about. Sure yes may times these threads get replies. But it had been often enough for me to sit up and notice. This is not at anybody in particular. But certainly the highest performing person here ever is ignoring it. Why? They seem to answer EVERYTHING new under the sun around here but not always those kinds of threads. For myself, I answer if I feel like it. Or if I'm confident of some kind of reply. I may very well not answer some questions. Particularly all this esim nonsense. Or this new log in system. Irritates the heck out of me. So I usually don't bother. But I'm not the king answering everything in sight. I do what I can as well as I can.
So if that member is me (again, why can't you speak directly to me?...plausible deniability?) then there will be no apology. I simply wonder why not. I think dabr came up with a reasonable explanation. But for the highest performing person ever...???
And isn't speaking up great. As do I. It's how things get sorted out rather than festering away with grudges. I am not bullying anybody. You are though with your indirect attacks sniping at me but that allows you to say what, no, that wasn't about you. Please just stop.
Yup, for the majority of time it is a great community and there are indeed lots of knowledgeable people here. We see that often with the replies from thankful customers. That's the jam.
Enjoy not reading this. Maybe others might be interested in the truth though.

There is no "king" here in the community. Everyone here are equal, seeks help and offers help.
I am not sure why particular member like to criticize others for not willing to accept correction. I am not sure who that is, but I am pretty sure it does not apply to me. I am a human, and no King or so, I made mistake, and I accepted it. Search won't lie. Do a search and see how many times I said "Fixed, and thanks". Maybe there are others unwilling to correct, not me. If this is a claim against me, this is a good example that a claim without proof
But I do like to share an old incident against me. A regular here, someone joined Community since May 2018, and have changed Community profile last year, specifically accused me that I am only interested in getting solutions and I don't reply once threads are awarded with solutions. To me, this is a serious accusation without proof to my integrity. This is simply a horrible claim for someone who put out the heart daily to help. My only rule myself here is to keep helping. So, claim like this from a regular is simply unacceptable. I am still waiting for an apology from that particular member. (Hopefuly the member would do the correct thing in the end. Be brave and accept the wrongdoing and apologize)
Again, I am not the only one being bullied by such member. I am just one willing to speak up
Luckily, for most part, this is a great Community consists of people with big heart and great knowledge.

Yes, you are the king of the community (you mentioned your stats). And all the kudos to you for your efforts and success. So when you post incorrect information, it stands out. It comes with the territory of being the leader in stats and the high visibility of your presence everywhere.
If you are directing the insincere comment to me then I'm not sure what that means. I am ALWAYS sincere. But maybe that wasn't at me. You frequently post side-ways snide comments indirectly pointed at me so as to avoid looking like you're targeting an individual (me). So fire with fire and all that.
Yes, I have felt the bullying too from a small number of members. But I have thick skin and I'm an adult. If you are directing the comment to me that I am the only one with correct information then that is patently untrue. It's only a few posts from others that have shown to be wrong and I add my correction to those. The vast majority of posts are fine. Other than some jumping to support all too quickly. So when it's so few posts that come out incorrect why would one take that so personally? Say oops and fix it and move on. I do. Others do. Why not those that take it so personally?
Yes, you're right. Tone is important. It's often difficult to convey in text. Maybe I can be better.
My answer to open question: I am not jealous. Differences? Got a mirror? I wish there were no differences in approaches here but we are a collection of people from different walks of life. Differences happen. I do help the customers. That's what I'm here for. I am not bullying. Others are, with the snide asides. Maybe it's a matter of "who shot first". And then the back and forth ensues. My only interest in directing corrections at posts that catch my eye are that the information being provided to the customer is correct. I'm not convinced everybody else has the same interest. I appreciate one of the oracles correcting some of the others so as to help make sure that the information provided is correct. Maybe corrections to the leader are more about - really?, the leader saying that?
Public Mobile doesn't need our help. That is amply demonstrated by their indifference. Particularly with the day-limited data add-ons.

Not sure about others, but for my me, I am always providing helping and correct information. And my statistics on the Community clearly speaks itself
As to advise, personally I am a fair person and welcome to any constructive ones, but of course, I will politely ignore those non-sincere ones.
From my observation, small number of members here have been bullying other Community members, I am one such victims but I am not the only one. These bad "apples" will pick on little things, accusing others of bad motives without proofs, and insists their ways/suggestions are the only correct ways. Sad.
Also, instead of blaming others being offended by the "call out", why not ask themselves if the tone of those replies are appropriate? And I see some regulars constantly tease the system by making "nickname" . I don't think those are helpful suggestions, certainly not a CORRECT way. Luckily, one such individual was banned permanently last year from further posting in the Community. But sad news is there some new members joined, repeating from the bad examples before
Here, let me openly ask everyone: Put the jealousy and difference aside, and put your heart out to help those really need help to use the system. Stop bullying your fellow Community members and start providing constructive suggestion to PM via proper channel. Let this be a helpful Community, for the subscribers and for Public Mobile

@maximum_gato- I know I'm being honest. I know some members are not and they're still here. Even members that accuse dishonesty are not actually 100% honest around here. Kettle-black, projecting, he who is without sin etc., living in glass houses etc. - take your pick.
As for 100% CORRECT, some members seem to see no value in always giving CORRECT information to unsuspecting customers looking for information that will solve their problem. Then they get deeply, personally, egregiously, offended when other members point out to the poor unsuspecting customer that the information that had been previously provided is not correct. Go figure. The figure is that the information is wrong and they don't like getting called out on it. Sometimes the incorrect information could send the customer off wasting their time with fruitless searches or even costing them money that they shouldn't need to spend or of course wasting the time of support when they weren't needed at all.
But, they don't care. They get the bravo, they get the solution. The customer doesn't know any better and is kept in the dark throughout and even thinking they might have got the best information because pretty much nobody else has the guts to stand up and say uh, no, WRONG.
And then they cry "oh but I'm just doing my best, I've only been here for so many years and I have had a modicum of success here, who me, oh woe is me."
I gratefully appreciate it when someone points out something that I wrote that is not factually correct. If only everyone was as appreciative rather than taking it so personally. It's a forum to help customers. Why lead them down the wrong path? Why wouldn't everyone want the information to be correct? Why are some people so cavalier and uncaring about the incorrect information they provide? Why are some people so ultra-sensitive to being corrected?
Anyway, I know you know all this. Some things have to be said again.

There was someone with the Umidigi Hotspot issue who reported that adding "dun" did not work but later updated that her son used "DUN" and it did solve the issue.

Another setting to try in the apn is to set apn protocol to ipv4/ipv6 rather than just ipv4. I'm not sure dun needs to be caps.

start with the easy way, click Reset All Networks and see it gets the correct APN.
If still does not work, manually update the APN as follows

You don't need support you just need to manually edit your APN to public mobile's.

@BillG1 All other services are working . Calls text ? Have you rebooted the phone or tried resetting network settings ? And of course you have cellular data turned in ? If still no dice get support to rest your account
