Just ported from speakout yesterday. somehow data never worked.
Current Cellular Data setting:
APN isp.mb.com
Username empty
Password empty

Not sure which post you're replying to but did you try the suggestions in the whole thread? Do you have data left? Did data ever work on this phone with Public Mobile?

@canadajjz Try changing APN to sp.mb.com. Shouldn't matter but sometimes does.

@canadajjz sync to iTunes
1. Insert new working SIM - do not turn phone on (if SIM is already in, turn off)
2. Connect to computer with USB cable.
3. Start iTunes if it doesn't auto run
4. iPhone will switch on. Wait until iTunes registers it and checks for updates
5. Install the carrier profile update (if offered, if not, go to step 6)
6. Disconnect and restart. From @luddite.

Can you plug phone into iTunes to see if it pushes any carrier updates or any updates at all to your phone? Thanks

@pharaohpeter iPhones don't take APN settings like Android phones so the link you provided wouldn't really help in this situation. (Maybe some of the older iPhones 5 n under do but not the newer ones) what OP posted is all they need for their model. Provided they're on a plan with data. ( Example $15 plan without autopay has NO data)

@canadajjz reset your network settings.
Restart the phone if it doesn't, reenter your wifi if applicable, enable data, sms and mms to semd and receive from Android phones, try sending an mms text message and to surf the net. Welcome to PM. Stay safe

Also once you put the APN settings, try to reboot your phone.

3 things to try. Try one by one and see if one step gets data to work.
Try rebooting phone.
Network rest.
Toggle airplane mode on, for 5 minutes then off.
