Hi everyone!
I’ve been having some trouble using my data recently. I’ve been with public mobile for at least 6 months and have had no issues. However, over the past couple weeks I haven’t been able to use data on apps such as Safari and Maps. My data will work on other apps such as Messages and Snapchat. I’ve made sure that the apps are switched on to use data in the settings as well. Does anyone have any advice/solutions?
TIA! 🙂

Perform a Reset of your Network Settings on your device.
Courtesy of @hTideGnow try the below:
1) Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.
2) Go to the Cellular preferences pane, scroll down slightly and you’ll begin seeing a list of apps with toggle switches.
You could also try uninstalling Maps, then reinstalling it.
Make sure your software is up to date.

@Kaustin99 are you on iOS? iOS has option to disable selected app to access Mobile data. Maybe you have selected that by accident?

go to your apps and do clear cache,
do one thing Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
and do rebooting your phone take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
