Data not working after purchasing 200 mb data package

Hi,

I had run out of data on my phone, so I purchased a 200 MB data addon. However, it's been over 7 days and the data on phone still is not working for me. Can you please advise?

If you followed 2 step processed and still not working for you
Try rebooting device
If that's doesnt help then send a private msg to mod
Add email address and phone number and detailed explanation.

Buying add-on its a 2 step process first you purchase add on and fund get transfer from cc to public mobile funds then you buy again same add-on from available funds. Did you followed that. Login and check your available fund if you noticed extra funds sitting there buy add-on again from AVAIALBE funds
