This may be long hopefully you will bear with me...I moved from Canada to the US a few months ago -- I have a Canadian phone number and Public mobile account with US data/talk/text which had been working perfect for most things, but I've still been having issues with having a non-american number on some websites.
I tried to download a new eSIM to see if that would work (it didn't) so I deleted it, and now my data isn't working. Some more confusing background is that I had a second eSIM already on my phone, so before when I first signed up to Public Mobile had to toggle between the two to get it to work... and now it doesn't matter which one I toggle to ("primary" or "personal"), data still is not working and I'm only getting an SOS signal.
Wifi still works on my phone but I am not getting any data/ don't see the LTE symbol I usually see...hopefully someone can help with this as I rely on my phone completely down here

hi @Mik_88 the old PM eSIM won't work after the second one is bought (you can pretty much delete the 1st PM eSIM)
yes, use the app to buy a 3rd one

So when I downloaded the new eSIM did that take over as my primary one and now that I've deleted it it won't work? Even if my old SIM is still listed, when I click on it I don't get data, so I need to buy another eSIM?

hi @Mik_88
I hope you didn't delete it the new PM eSIM you got. After you bought a new eSIM, the original one would not be useful anymore. So, if you deleted the new one, you have no working sim
you need to buy a new one again
and you said you need to keep both a PM eSIM and another sim together? this will work but the setup is trickier (it is not a PM problem but just a phone config problem) . if you are not familiar, better to keep only one sim only. if you need both SIMs, ask someone with the background tongskp

If you delete PM esim, you should have lost your PM service completely
Check if the PM esim is there in the Sim Manager screen. If it is gone, you need to buy again
Download PM, login. The 2FA would try to send via SMS, click Didn't receive code and ask to send to email
The go to Profile -> Purchase sim card and choose eSIM to buy
