My data did not renew even though u see a charge for my phone bill on my credit card. Does data not renew?
@Ctrinh1 Hi there have been issues with the self-serve account updating clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser in incognito mode see if that clears up the issue also reboot your device or phone that you were using to sign in
Just refresh (circular arrow) your browser on the top left of the page.
