I've been trying to use the bot, but when I try and submit a ticket the page shows error so I figure next best thing is to post here.
Over last two days, my phone does not have data working. I checked APN settings, restarted, did all the troubleshooting directions from the bot and it still doesn't work. Would someone be able to look at this?

I forgot to respond to this. I wanted to say the picture makes it very clear, thank you very much.
I need to check if a 1gb add-on that I got free expired or soemthing cause I got the warning again.

I did restart the phone already. Data was working fine since we got the phone, but just randomly stopped working.
If you don't see the the amount of data remaining on the selfserve overview page, you've used up all your data for the current 30 day period. If you had any kind of data add-on including the holiday data bonus, you likely would not have received the usual warnings at 75% and 95% either. The lines in the "My Data & Add-Ons" section will completely dissapear when fully consumed.
If you are comparing data usage from your phones own counter, ensure that its reference start date is accurate. For android phones, it will drift a day or so per month for months that are not 30 days as Public Mobile uses 30 day plans, but the Android monthly counter assumes plans reset on the same day of the month each month.
The lines outlined will completely dissapear when fully consumed.

Hi yes I sent a picture via text message and it worked.
Yes I still have data. I checked my usage for the month and still have lots of room leftover based on what I see. I don't see where it tells you how much data left, I just see usage history and am using that to calculate how much data I've used

As in a picture message right? @Miteshpatel1988 could you log into your self service account and see if you have data? Also, restart your phone.

@Miteshpatel1988 Can you send mms messages? Turn on data and try. If you can, your phone's apn settings are set up correctly. What's the make and model of your phone? Thanks.
