I redeemed 3GB of data using my rewards points, and it appears on my account. However, the extra data isn’t working. I have used up my data which is why I redeemed the extra data. Is there something I have to do to “activate” it? And does this redeemed data count as an add-on?

Did you try to reboot your phone (turn phone off, wait a while, turn on)?
What your accounts says? Did you purchase correct add-on? Data add-on should work as soon as you purchase it - no activation needed.

Do you see a 15 day counter or a 30 day counter? If 15 then you bought the roaming data. Are you in the states? There is also some kind of delay when converting points to add-ons.

hi @wwwkien the data should work immediately as you seem it showing on My Account already
Please try reboot your phone once. Also, make sure you don't have any data limiter enabled on the phone, please Disable it
