I am unable to use my data though I have data add ons. Please help!

I just added one more data on. Still nothing works!! It's so frustrating 😭

@zainreem so, I guess data was working fine and just stopped working?

 

since PM site has some cache problem and might show you wrong info, you might want to check again using Incognito mode to confirm if you have any data left

 

if confirmed you do have data left, check if you have set up Mobile data limit on your phone if you have an Android, if it is enabled, disable it first and try

 

Also, try to change your Preferred network type or network mode to 3G in case your have some LTE issue in your area 

 

if nothing works still, you might want to click Reset all networks and see if it helps.  But please be aware that this will actually reset your saved wifi connections as well and you need to join them back after

Is data on on the phone? Do you use a data limiting setting on the phone? Click any little spinner refresh icons lower down on the main account page to make sure you're recent updated info.
