Hi guys,
I was checking my usage of data and noticed that there is no data in my plan showing up there.
My plan should have include the 250Mb data and my billing cycle just started. I checked the data tracker on my phone and used only 50Mb so far.
Anybody can help please?

On @teddytiger 's overview shows the usage of the data add on at about 50mb the same as his phone's data tracker. The 89mb he reported was from adding up the data usage from the first day of his current cycle until today. The discrepency is likely accounted for in the delayed data usage report and the possibility that a small amount of plan data carried over into the new cycle if the plan data did not reset.

You can create a support ticket to ask moderator to go over your account.
I have 3 $15 plan accounts. The 250MB data always renewed after renewal and are tracked correctly on the overview page.
There may be a chance that you used 339MB (250MB + 89MB) after renewal. The 2509MB usage line will not be displayed and 89MB data was deducted from your data add-on.
Check your usage history since your renewal on how much data was used.

Since the reporting of data usage in your daily usage pages is delayed somewhat it is likely that the first 12 hour block reported on the first day of your cycle is from your 30th day of your previous cycle. Does that put you down to about 50mb used?
Nevertheless contact the moderators by the link supplied by @computergeek541 and type plan data did not reset and human and follow the prompts to submit your ticket. Expect a message from the moderators in your private message box in the morning.
I always recommend taking screenshots of your overview page and transaction history before and after renewal to catch any anomalies such as this one.

@teddytiger Please note that PM uses a 30 days cycle and not monthly. Most built in Data track counts monthly and hence it won't be accurate due to the start date issue.
You might want to install some 3rd part app like "Data Witness PM" or "Data Counter Widget". Once setup, those apps give you an easy tracking on your phone for your data usage on the current cycle. The app can also shows you which apps on the phone has consumed the data.
Since you have 250mb only per month, you probably have to remind yourself to turn off Mobile Data when you are not using it. You might also consider to turn off Background Data for different app, turn off Sync, Turn off App Update on Mobile data, etc

I disagree. I think your plan data didn't reset because your phone's data tracker is matching the data used on your add on. Go to your daily usage pages and add up each days 2×12 hour blocks that your data is reported going back to renewal. If they match what has been used from your add on and in your phone contact the moderators to reset both your plan data and your add on.

This generally means that all data has already been used. I would go by what your phone says, only because phones based the informaiton on one month intervals causing the start date of the counter to often be incorrect. 250MB isn't all that much, it wouldn't be difficult to use that up in only a few minutes.

@teddytiger hi there, this means you used it all up during this cycle. You will get it back when your plan renews, and the line item will show up again (until consumed).
It looks like you are using part of the 2GB holiday give away now.
EDIT:
Install an app to track your ‘live’ usage so you can keep track. Public Mobile are 30 day plans (not monthly).
If you are android, try this one: Data Witness app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iwik.datawitnesspm&hl=en_CA&gl=US
I use this one myself and it gives me exactly what I need from it.
You can set your limit on this app to 250 MB, and it will warn you on limits based on this, if you want to know when this is nearly all used up within a current cycle.
If you are an Apple user, I am sure there is a 30-day app that is available as well.
