Data didn't reset

I used up all my data for the 3mnths.  Today is my reset date but i still dont have internet accesss.  I wonder what takes long? Is this normal?

@Aznflipmode, do you happen to have the "3G" data plan.  There have been reports of the data counter not resetting after renewal.  Please pay attention to the data counter reset if your plan is a 3G plan.

Im assuming this means my data limit resets tomm???

@Aznflipmode, I would login to the self serve and under the rewards tab check what day it says your renewal is.  I will bet if the main page says today rewards will say tomorrow and that I have found is the more accurate date
