Data connection not working

I used to use Koodo before and I changed to Public mobile yesterday. Phones calls messages everything is working but my data connection is not working. I didn't change any settings or did anything. Did anyone else find this problem.

Maybe try rebooting your phone.  If that does not work, then network reset of phone.  Note: this will erase any saved Wifi password settings.  

You could also check the APN settings of the phone.  Which model phone? Android versus Apple? iphone should be automatic APN settings, but if android, you may need to adjust settings:
