Hi.
My renewal day is today and my plan for this month is 3GB 3G(35$)
yesterday I charged it and the call and message system work properly.
but the data doesn't chabge and it is still remain for last month. I used all data in last month, so I couldn't use my data now. Can you help me?

You might want to reboot your phone and see if that helps.

@SekyoungWon , did you include a plan change with the scheduled renewal? If so, a glitch in the system is the most probable cause. You will need to use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket and have a CSA rectify the problem.
