Data and calling not working in US

Recently got to US. Roaming turned on. Phone telling me I cannot make LTE calls with this phone when I try to turn on VoLTE. iPhone 11. Data not working. APN correct

Try to switch your roaming network. From AT&T to T Mobile or vise versa. Make sure VoLTE is on.

log in to your account on the app > Usage Breakdown...you should see your 15 Day US Roaming add-on noted there.

I have an iPhone 11. How do I know if it’s recognized or not? Also roaming is turned on

for data...make sure you have Roaming enabled in settings. For talk, you must have a cell that PM recognizes as VoLTE enabled..otherwise calls in and out will fail whilst in US.

ed...iPhone 11 ? ...talk should work as its on the PM whitelist.  Try rebooting your cellphone to see if it starts co-operating.
