Hello PUBLIC MOBILE. I've added a lot of data to my account and while it's available on my phone I can't get it on my computer. 

Is this a cache issue? Can you please fix the process so everything isn't managed in the local cache?

hi @Icefloe were you using hotspot? try Reset all networks first and restart hotspot

You can’t get Mobil data directly on your computer . You have to hot spot it.

Hi,

I'm glad the data is available to you. 

Cache issues are like being on the local roads. Until or if Public Mobile fixes it, you have to mange yourself.  Use another browser,  manually clear cache or use another device. 

But if you want Public Mobile to know of this issue, message them directly.  Fellow customers here.
