@Davidsween In case you missed the new data add-on policy, this add-on is only valid for 30 days now (no longer until depleted), so you might want to purchase only the amount of data this is needed to get you through to your next cycle or if you are buying it frequently perhaps upgrade plans for those cycles.

@Davidsween - we are not CS_Agents, were you trying to reach them?
Does your phone have a data limiter on it? If so, adjust the limit or turn it off so you can use data. If this isn't the issue try restarting your phone or toggle into/out of airplane mode.
Call 611 and ensure you hear your data balance correctly, it should match what it shows in My Account for plan and addon balances.
