Data Used Not Displaying Correct Amount in iOS App

The Public Mobile App on my iPhone displays 1.29GB Used, Last Updated April 9. Today is April 14th. How do I get the app to display current data used as of today?

@Mondocanuck - My phone rarely does that updating data amount issue... and it's iPhone aswell.

But sometimes it just quits and it has the Public Mobile Logo in the middle then logs in automatically.

Pulling down on the screen to refresh worked. I now see current info. It would be better if the app would simply show me current info when it’s opened.

@Mondocanuck - Pull down on screen to refresh the app and it should have the 5 loading dots for a couple seconds then update your data info.

You could also force quit app by going mid on the bottom bar or double click home button and swipe up on app to force quit it.
