I noticed that the majority of my data usage happens in the middle of the night while Iam asleep. Anyone else seeing that? How do I contact support?

Yes, data usage are updated usually late at nights.
That is normal, nothing to worry about or you can do.
To contact PM you create ticket through the chatbot.

Data usage is reported about twice a day in bulk, the time stamps don't represent the time of usage.
