How do I see what is using my data?  I received the 75% and the 95% usage messages but when I go into my account and go to usage history, filter for "data",  it says "no usage records found".  I even change it to 60 days and it says the same thing.

The message on your phone is not accurate but it could be the app on your phone that is on a monthly cycle.

PM is on a 30 days cycle so it won’t match up.

Login to your account and on the main page, it will show your up to date data usage.

@amp1  - your public mobile account will not tell you WHAT is using your data. It will only tell you the amount of data used.

Note, though, the usage details are delayed from 6-12 hours. And that snapshot information seems to be incorrect so do as softech says to download the info. for complete detail (except 6-12 hours most recently).

But, the summary in your overview section of your My Account is the most accurate.

 

You may be able to check where your used your data on the settings of your device. See if you have a setting under Connections, Data Usage on your phone. Then check 'Mobile data usage'.

Depends on phone model of course though.

Easy…..From the ( My account)page just scroll a little lower down and your usage for data and phone usage is right there

@amp1 Try again with Incognito mode or a different browser.

 

Also, when you are at Usage History page, there is a link to download it in Excel format.  Try that as well.

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
