Data Not Working

The data on my account is not working.  I purchased the 1 GB extra (yes, I did the two-step process), and despite restarting my phone, the data won't load.  I use an iPhone 7.

Can anyone help?

@emilycrocco  yes you said you did the 2 steps so in your account under data and add ons do you see the 1024mb add on?

@emilycrocco   So, the 1 GB extra is showing on My Data & Add-ons section on My Account?

 

Try different app to use the data, I wonder if you accidently disable Mobile Data for the app you cannot access data now

Was data working earlier and do you have a plan that already includes data or one that doesn't have any?  Try hooking up your phones to iTunes through a computer and USB to see if that updates any of your phone's settings.

Did you rty rebooting phone yet ?

Try that or try cycling Airplane mode.
