This is my second month with Public and the first month no problems with my data . Now second month and my days will not work AT ALL . I don’t understand why it worked with no issues then just nothing . Can someone please help me. TIA

I have an iPhone 15 pro max

No my data has not ran out . My second month my data just stopped working and I paid for 100gb with my plan . I have been trying to reach support via chat but that is not working for me as well the page goes blank . I have tried atleast 20 times as this is very frustrating . Thank you for replying back I will reset my phone again to see if it will do something .

What phone you have?
Make sure you disable the Mobile Data Limit on the phone

@ShareBear143 Are you sure you haven’t used it all up and or you do t have a data limiter set in your phone for each month as public mobile is every 30 days and not monthly possibly. Can also try and reboot your phone or reset network settings see if that helps so long as account is active and not in suspended state
worst case ask support to investigate
