Im Looking for a Data NSF Fee For My Public Mobile Phone Service Adaptive Credit or Overdraft Possibly A Seperate Payment Would This Be Possible ?

Nope, no service like that on PM. Once you used up your data…you will need to use wifi. You can purchase Add-on data for $15 for 1gb of data and it will remain in your account once it is used up or move up to a higher monthly plan.

Basically your looking for a "sezzle" type service for your pm account? That is unlikely to happen. You need to be more conservative with your data usage or choose a plan that fits your data needs since plan data is much cheaper than add on data. Promotional offers of late having plan data priced around $2/1gb.
