Login to your account. If you see Available Funds = $30 just "buy" it again.
Otherwise, is it possible you used the data? Data add-ons disappear once used up. You can check your usage in your account.
If neither is true, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.

The add-on purchase might not have gone through, this happened to me once. Go back into your account balance on self-serve and check, there should be a credit balance for $30 still sitting there.
Just purchase the add-on again. This time around, you will not have to enter your credit card info, it will just deduct the purchase from your existing credit.

Do you see the 1GB add-on on the Overview page in your self-serve account? Or Do you see the $30 as Available Balance?
