I have 7 days left in my 30 day term and I've used all my data. If I add an add-on with more data but do not end up using the entire amount, will I lose the extra data when my term renews?

This has been the first time in 6 months that I have come close, I ended up using extra as the internet at my place was out for five days 😕 It's back up and running now though

@jennawilliams1 , curious, how much data do you use? For the amount of money adding an add-on is kinda expensive for me though, maybe upgrading to a different plan may be the best scenario....unless, this was a one-time thing. But, if your data is typically getting close to maxing out, yeah, that extra add-on could get you many Starbucks coffees!

You will not lose the unused portion of your data add-on. Add-ons (except for 10 day US Roaming) stay on the account until they are fully consumed.

No. The remainder will just sit in your account waiting for you to run out of your plan data next time.

No @jennawilliams1 The data addon does not expire until used up.
