Data Add on not working

Hi everyone. I ran out of data on my plan, and so purchased a 200mb data  add on. However my data hasn't kicked in (it's been two days since I purchased the add on). 

 

1. The add on is active on my account 

2. I've restarted the phone

3. I don't have a data limit set on my phone. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for the tips - I had tried those solutions - but here's what actually worked: 

 

Direct messaged support, then this morning I had the Add-On removed and funds credited. Unfortunately there was no message anywhere, so I had to figure this out for myself.

 

Added the $5 200mb bundle again, and now it works. I'm using 200MB because I'll switch over to a different plan in a few days, so don't anticipate using too much data right now.

  So, it is showing on your list of add-ons there?  how much it shows that it has been used?  is it showing 0 used out of 200mb?

 

Any chance you can put your PM sim in another phone to test it?

@smudge  - you are in Canada right...just checking.

200mb is not a lot of data if you are actively using it. So, 2 days ago you added it, and data has not worked at all since? 

Is your plan still active? Addons will only work on active public mobile plans.

 

Try toggling into/out of airplane mode.

@smudge any chance you have set a data limit on your phone?  some people set it up on the phone to avoid data overage.   Check it and disable it if you have one
