Changed plans but I’m still seeing my old plan

Hi! 
I made the decision to change my phone plan to “the back to school” plan but on my account it shows my old plan but my payment went through as the new one; what happened or what should I do ?

Known glitch in the new My account page.  You are seeing the old cached version of the page.  Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or even a different device.  Public mobile is aware of the glitch and is working on a fix.
