Hi all,
I purchased a 1GB add on since my plan had used all of it's data. Didn't end up using this data, so it rolled over. I now have capped out my data again this month but my additional data add on won't allow me to use this data now (says 0% used on my profile). Any idea what the issue is?

@radriaans - purchased 1GB addons will roll over until all used up, correct. But, how do you know you did not use it up during this latest renewal cycle?
If you don't see it in your My Account, that means it has been used up.
If you do see your data addon with remaining data to use, after refreshing your screen, or opening a tab in incognito mode and logging into My Account that way, then try 1 or more of the below troubleshooting items:

@Timer- 611 doesn't give any "data usage history". It just gives an amount remaining.

call *611 press 3 and you need your 4 digit PIN and check it data usage history,
or tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

to check data usage history... also see at Plan & Add-ons is there your purchase Add-ons, or in your carts still.
or maybe it is just a glitch in the system there is a new design,not showing right.

First click on the little spinner refresh icon lower down under the add-ons. Then check your phone for any data limiter (if Android).
