  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in) and check again.  Just base on whatever you see there

and for the 75% , do you have the 10GB monthly bonus for 24 months? the 75% used cold be just about that particular 10GB addon

These are common errors and erroneous text messages. Clear the cache on the app and it will correct itself. Clear the cache on your web browser and it will clear up.
