I bought a SIM card along a voucher few days ago and for activation the SIM I couldn't find voucher section and payed by debit card, would you please tell me what am gonna do with my unused voucher?

@fereshtemrtz You may not have noticed but using a credit/debit card for activation automatically enrolled you in autopay. If you do not want your credit card on file you must contact the agents to remove it; you cannot do it.

don't worry. use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
then go to payment,,, add your vouchers or add to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,
and the amount is will be in your account at Available Fund, then for next cycle will be taken from there automatically.

Sim activation is no longer available with a voucher for payment (since recent changes here) @fereshtemrtz . It is too bad, maybe public will change this again, but who knows.
Contact the customer support team (CSA) to help you activate the SIM card and pay with your voucher by submitting a message(ticket) to them here:

EDIT, sorry you already activated with a card, after failed with voucher....yeah, just add the funds to your account through the payment section under My Account. It'll be held as a credit for future renewals(as @hairbag1 as mentioned) /addon purchases...

Dial 611 to apply it to your acct. Next time your plan goes through the renewal process...it'll use that $$$ first.
