Can a mod please fix my port now... @Shazia_K messaged me yesterday, and has the correct information needed but my phone is still not fixed!
It has been 4 days since I ported my phone. (Not to share too much information) I have a 1 year old son and need a phone in case of emergency. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT MY PHONE WORKS! 😞

The port has been completed as of November 11th, therefor your Rogers account should now be deactivated 🙂

I'm not sure if Shazia completed what was necessary to fix your account, but they will have you restart your phone in any case. If you haven't done that yet today, I would recommend turning off your phone, remove the SIM, reinsert it and turn on your phone.
If that doesn't work, just post here to let Shazia see that you've done that.
