I have to wait 30 minutes between messages for a response. I've been out of my service all day missing important calls and messages! I paid for my services this morning and now there's a bunch of trouble... just might have to switch company. The first month was great... now this! Smh

I have been with PM for over 2 years and never had a top-up payment issue. I am on AutoPay/Subscribed so never have to worry about the 30 days cycle…I don’t even think about it.
This is a problem with members that don’t want to be on AutoPay.
To restore service is to purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number.
The payment made today will remain as credit for your next renewal cycle.

It's something that only you can decide. If you have another way to communicate with your work until they fix it, which hopefully it will be soon then it might be worth it to stay.
Once they fix the issue, I think you should be smooth sailing from here.
As I said, I have never had any issues. Buy if you search the forum, you will see the messages and issues others have reported.

I've paid for the service. Apparently I don't have an account after already being with them for a month and have log in information etc. They wanted me to transfer or pick a phone number yet I already have my number with them. What a headache hopefully it's rectified soon.

I personally have been here for years, and I have never had any account related issues knocking on🪵.
However, I must say that I have been appalled with all the drop calls, people saying they are unable to text, unable to update cc info, incorrect information been sent by text to clients, etc etc by Public Mobile over the last 6-9 months.
If I depended on this service I would think twice...

hi @hwygurl77 can you login My Account? did you check if it was just an Autopsy failure? if it is, usually it can be fixed quickly with a manual payment

@hwygurl77 Honestly if your rely on your phone for business I would avoid PM and look to Telus . I have PM account , but also have Telus for important business myself

This doesn't make me feel as though my issues are important to them. I'm missing work right now not having my services. This all started with a notification stating I needed to top up my services today to continue with them. I did that and how I'm still not up and running. I don't know what work is going to say about this but I better not get fired over this. I just started! I'm missing important calls and messages. It's not going to be worth continuing with PM if they can't rectify their own issues in a timely manor especially if I lose my job

I'm sorry that happened, however you just have to wait and keep checking for their reply. If it's account related only they can help.
If it's just a general question maybe the Community can help. What was the issue?

@hwygurl77 , support response times can vary depending on work load. It is not unusual to expect 2 hour response times. This is not much different than listening to elevator music while on the phone waiting for support to answer the call.
