I need to contact customer support to get a receipt. What is the phone number in canada?

You can login to your account and go to View Payment History and there it will show all payment made to your account with your name, phone number etc. If this works for your employer.
Unfortunately, PM is an online service and everything is done through private messaging or Chat. If you still need a official receipt, you need to contact a CS_Agent from this Community page but it may take sometime for them to email it to you.

Opening a ticket and talking to CSA via that method will get you an invoice/receipt once requested.
