If it is a common issue. Members here can help you quicker. Agents may take up to 2 -  4 hours to get back to you. Their hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.


Customers are required to use the chatbot to open tickets.  Sending a direct private message is only to be done as a last resort (or currently when a customer is unable to log into Self Serve).

To reach customer service agents your supposed to sign into your account and use the chatbot to create a ticket.
