I have never seen such poor access to customer service. The online system keeps me going around in an endless loop that leads nowhere. i just need to chat with a human being in customer service, does Public Mobile employ humans ??? Do they give a **bleep** ????

Thanks, I've sent a message. Just when I thought I had seen it all when it comes to bad service, I met Public Mobile.
