Hello,

 

I put around 25$ in my account via a voucher since Saturday 19th nov, and my account still shows 0,00$. I can't activate a new plan.

The historical payment shows that the voucher has been added.

Could you please help?

Yeah I only need to activate the phone for a week, because I'm travelling soon.
I do select a plan that goes was under 28$, but when I want to validate it says my account doesn't have enough money (indeed, it still indicates 0$...)

It seems like it absolutely wants me to reactivate my account by paying the current plan I had but I don't need anymore.

If the system thinks there's no money in this account, no transactions will be possible on my side.
Maybe Public mobile should investigate in the computing system and make the correction ASAP...

It's not clear from your post what plan you wish, but you only have $28 available in your account. So, you can use that by doing the following:

 

- login to your account, click Change Plan, pick a plan that costs no more than $28, click activate now, log out

- wait a few minutes, reboot your phone, and check phone service.

 

Let us know how you make out.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

I wanted to change my forfait after that my account has expired. I didn't want to pay for the same forfait. So I let my account expired and then recharge it to choose a new plan.

The message on my account is this: "Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactivate your current plan."

 

I've contacted two moderators already and nobody responded to me...

hi..

 

we would require more info to your problem ... what plan did you try to activate? did you try your sim card already? what does your account status say ( active,suspended,disabled ) ? ...anything what could specify your problem a little more in details....if nobody in the forum can help then you have to send a moderator a private message...but the wait time is currently longer then usual..
