I find this interesting:

What kind of Add-On for Txt does PM have in store, as this is new.

Also, wished PM can expand the Add-On for Data so that we can have more options available, like 500 MB, 750 MB, 1.5 GB, 2 GB, 2.5 GB, 3 GB, 3.5 GB, 4 GB at very least.

Also, wished PM had a longer cycle term, like 120 or 15 if stretching it

That said, I've heard nothing to date of any upcoming text add-ons options.  It's definitely a popular request, so maybe they're working on something?  Again, I can't confirm or deny, I've heard nothing about texting add-ons coming.

No, not necessarily.  You can still choose "No Text" as a plan option.  Some people may want an add-on for occasional or temporary use, however, similar to how you can add on long distance minutes as needed on top of your base talk plan.

Hmm.. I wonder what this means for people with grandfathered plans, since the text option included in those plans werecanada-wide, not global.  Will people on those plans also have global texts?

You won't need an add-on for texts cause it's all included in the plan option.  You either get texts or you don't.  Plus if you get voice and data, adding texts costs you $0, try it!
