Hello ,I changed my subscription plan same day and I was charged for the same period twice. $33 for the first one and $39 for the other. Please refund me $33 as it will be a double charge.Appreciate your help. Thank you

You have used the wrong option. You used "Change Now" option, and you should have used "Change on Renewal" .
PM usually do not provide refund. But if you have done this by mistake, they could usually help. Please check with PM directly. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
