Hello ,I changed my subscription plan same day and I was charged for the same period twice. $33 for the first one and $39 for the other. Please refund me $33 as it will be a double charge.Appreciate your help. Thank you 

I didn't realize these were to be used from Canada. Please convert these 1000 US minutes to data add ons. Thanks
