Make sure you use the app and allow location when updating your payment method. I tried doing it on web base applications and it wouldn't work. It only works using the app.

To update your credit card information, you can easily do so via My Account
Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card
or if you are using PM app, go to Payment page, click Update Card Information. For better success, make sure you allow Location on the app settings
