I have a similar problem. My account got suspended because my visa card won't work. My card has no issue. I have sent MOD @Shazia_K a message for help. Hopefully she will be able to help.

@DS44, are you trying to setup with either a Visa Debit or AMEX? It wouldn't allow me to setup my account with either of those I had to use a VISA then I switched it after to my AMEX.
