I topped up my phone yesterday and the receipt amount showed the correct amount of $38.42 (I have a $40/month plan, less rewards plus tax) but my credit card was charged $45.20 - TWICE. How do I get this fixed?

I changed my plan but on my due date. Credit card charged twice but also for the incorrect amount. I will message CS_Agents. Thank you!

Are both charges posted or both charges pending?
You are only charged if it is posted. The extra payment will stay in your account as credit to pay for your next month bill if both is posted. You can contact a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next renewal.

@Mmhockey Did you happen to change plans part way thru your cycle and not for next renewal ?? If not and overcharged please submit ticket with support
