So your plan is expiring or expired? buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers. Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:

if your renewal is more than 10 days and you can wait for your credit card to come, then after the card arrives, you login My Account, Payment -> Manage Subscription -> Manage Payment method to update the card
but if your renewal is very soon and you won't add the card in time , then get a PM voucher from stores like Shoppers Drug mart , then load the voucher using *611 or load it via My Account
